Privacy Notice

Last updated: 20 October 2026

In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations, 3DVOX provides you with the following privacy notice.

1. Who is responsible for your data

3DVOX (“3DVOX”, “we”) is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. Our address is Villa de los Olivos 147, Real del Bosque, León, Guanajuato, Mexico. You can reach us at info@3dvox.com.

2. The personal data we collect

If you have a 3DVOX account (customers)

If you view a 3D model (visitors)

Anonymous usage statistics: which model was viewed, for how long, the device and browser type, and an approximate location (city and country derived from the IP address). We use them to show view statistics to the model’s owner and to improve the service, not to identify you.

If you send a “Request info” form on a model

Your name, email, phone and message, the model and page you were viewing, and a one-way code derived from your IP address (used only to stop spam). We store this on behalf of the owner of that model and send it to them; the owner is responsible for how they use your request, and you can also contact them directly.

If you contact us

Your email and the content of your message.

3. What we use it for

Purposes necessary for the service: creating and managing your account; hosting and publishing your 3D models; processing payments and AI credits; producing the AI renders you request; delivering “Request info” messages to model owners; showing owners their view statistics; customer support; security and fraud prevention; and complying with legal obligations.

Additional purpose: improving our products with aggregated, non-identifying statistics. You can object to this at any time by writing to info@3dvox.com; it will not affect the service.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with providers that process it on our behalf to run the service, under obligations to protect it:

Some of these providers store data outside Mexico (for example in the United States). We may also disclose data when required by a competent authority. Under article 37 of the LFPDPPP these transfers do not require your consent.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our sites use your browser’s storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language, and analytics cookies (PostHog) for the statistics described above. You can delete or block them in your browser; the dashboard will then ask you to sign in again.

6. How long we keep it

While your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. “Request info” messages are kept until the model owner’s account is deleted or you ask us to delete them.

7. Your ARCO rights

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, how we use it and the conditions of its use (Access); to request the correction of your information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records when you consider it is not being used properly (Cancellation); and to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any ARCO right, send your request to info@3dvox.com with:

We will answer within 2 weeks, by email. You can also write to us to learn the procedure and requirements for exercising these rights.

8. Revoking consent and limiting use

You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, or limit its use and disclosure, at any time by writing to info@3dvox.com with the same information listed above. We will answer within 2 weeks, by email. In some cases we may not be able to stop immediately because a legal obligation requires us to keep processing your data, and for some purposes revoking consent may mean we can no longer provide the service you requested.

9. Changes to this notice
