Data Deletion

You can ask 3DVOX to delete your personal data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted and how long it takes. For everything we collect and why, see our Privacy Notice.

1. Remove a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to publish your 3DVOX Social posts, you can remove that connection in either of these ways:

• In 3DVOX: sign in at my.3dvox.app, open Social and choose Disconnect on the account.
• In Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find 3DVOX and select Remove.
• In Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find 3DVOX and select Remove.

When you do, we delete the Page and Instagram account names and IDs, your Facebook user ID and the access tokens we stored, and we stop publishing to that account. Posts already published stay on Facebook / Instagram; delete them there if you want them gone. Your scheduled posts stay in your 3DVOX calendar so you can post them by hand.

2. Delete your 3DVOX account and all its data

Email info@3dvox.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address of your account (or include it in the message). Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific data.

We will confirm the request by email and delete, within 30 days:

• your account, profile and sign-in details;
• your 3D models, images, videos and other uploaded files;
• your landing page, branding and contact details;
• your social calendar and any connected Facebook / Instagram data;
• “Request info” messages sent to you and the view statistics of your models.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep — for example invoices and payment records for tax purposes — and only for as long as required. Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. An active subscription is cancelled when the account is deleted.

3. If you sent a “Request info” form on a model

Email info@3dvox.com with the email address you used on the form and, if you can, the model or page. We will delete your request from our records within 30 days. The owner of the model already received a copy; contact them directly to have it removed from their own records.
